NextHDD is always working to make their customers' shopping experience pleasant. However, certain things cannot be controlled, and sometimes some things can go wrong. To encounter such instances, the company has specified return policies through which the customers can return the products by raising a Return Merchandise Authorization request after agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
Please be aware that the RMA can only be raised within the two days after you received the product
In any case, the customer changes their mind and wants to cancel the order; the order can be canceled by emailing us with the order reference number or the PO number without any charges before the order is posted. If the order is canceled once the order is dispatched, 30% of the restocking fee is applied.
If the order has already been dispatched and received by the customer, we advised not to open it if the customer has already changed their mind and make arrangements for the shipment to be sent back within the next 10 working days. Please ensure that the item is packed adequately (original packing is preferred), or else a 30% re-stocking fee may be applied.
The returned item should be in unused and resalable condition along with all the accessories, packaging, and things that come with the item (if any). The responsibility for shipping the order back, paying for the return delivery, and arranging insurance for loss or damage to the product while in transit will be on the customer, or else the customer will be liable if the products get lost during the shipping.
If an order is shipped directly by the manufacturer, it will be a non-cancellable and non-returnable order.
Non-Faulty Returns Conditions
If a customer wants to send back a product that doesn’t have any faults and the company agrees on taking it back, the customer has to send it back within the 10 working days along with the prior written agreement by the company. However, the item must be unused, unopened with the manufacturer’s seal intact, and in a perfectly resalable condition. A 30% re-stocking fee will be applied on all non-faulty items sent back (terms may apply) unless the item supplied by NextHDD is incorrect. Incorrectly shipped items must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, a 30% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Please be aware that it’s important to keep accessories, manuals, software, and warranties enclosed in their original condition and packaging. However, you might have to repackage it the same way as it came originally to send back.
