Thank you for your purchase! We hope you’re delighted with your new item. If, however, you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please review the details of our return policy below.

Returns & Refunds
We strive to provide exceptional quality and value. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange, as long as it meets the conditions outlined below:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • All original tags and labels must be intact
  • Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a refund

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Complete the RMA form or email support@nexthdd.com  to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. After receiving the RMA number, securely package the item along with proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your package

Once the returned package is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, and a confirmation receipt will be emailed.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must:

  • Be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • Be in unused and original condition

REFUND POLICY

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Customers will be notified via email once the process is complete.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you choose to cancel your order before processing, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking and refund processing costs.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account and transaction history
  • Contact your credit card provider and bank, as processing times may vary
    • Credit card companies can take up to 30 days to post refunds
  • If the refund is still not received, contact us for assistance

ADDRESS ERRORS

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped. Please note that providing accurate shipping details is the customer’s responsibility.

INVALID REASONS FOR RETURN / DENIAL OF REPLACEMENT

  • Change of mind: Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned for this reason. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing the order
  • Found a lower price elsewhere: Price comparisons must be made before placing an order
  • Non-matching RMA details: Returned items must correspond to the RMA form
  • Tampered or damaged products: Items showing signs of physical damage or tampering are not eligible

EXCEPTIONS

  • Restocking fees:
    • 30% for most returns
    • 50% under the following conditions:
      • Missing or replaced components
      • Items found functional after being reported defective
      • Post-warranty RMA eligibility
