Shipping Conditions

 

Issues with FedEx tracking number:

There might be a possibility that one of your ordered items may get separated from the rest of the order or that FedEx might not deliver the entire order together. It is advisable to wait for a couple of days to ensure the delivery of every ordered item. If you don’t receive all the ordered products together, you can contact the pour shipping department and inform them about your concerns, so that we can track and locate the missing product. If the product is damaged during the shipping process, you are requested to contact the freight services directly.

 

Unavailability at the time of order delivery:

You can use the InfoNotice number to instruct the driver to either leave the package at your doorstep, or you can ask the driver to deliver it at a different location. You can also visit the site of the delivery service, type in your InfoNotice number and request them to postpone the time of delivery.

 

Order pickup:

In the shopping cart view, select the option of “I want to use my shipper”, enter “will call’ in all the fields and checkout normally. We will notify you via phone call once your order is all set for pickup. You are requested not to come directly to our office unless you have received a call from us, in case of a delay in order processing.

 

International shipping:

We serve our customers across the globe. We welcome and encourage customers from every demographics to place orders. However, the customers are required to pay for customs duties and taxes as the company doesn’t offer any such service.

 

Shipping to AFO and FPO address:

Order with APO and FPO delivery address will be shipped only through US postal service. The company cannot track or control the delivery timings of these orders. Depending on your address, the order delivery can take up to six to eight weeks.

 

Delivery of defective package:

The company is not liable for the shipment and delivery of any defective product. Thus we don’t pay for the return shipping cost of the damaged or faulty package. However, if the customer is ready to return us the damaged product, the company will replace the defective time with a new one and will deliver it to you, free of any additional cost. If the company is unable to find a replacement for the damaged item, the entire purchase cost will be reimbursed to you.

If a non-damaged good is sent back to us for refund purposes, the company will deduct the shipping price from the actual cost.

 

Shipping Policy:

Ground - (3-7 business days transit time. the US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time. Ground orders may be shipped by UPS or USPS depending on location.

UPS 3 Day - (3 business days transit time. the US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.

FedEx 2 Day - (2 business days transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.

Standard Overnight - (1 business day transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time. May be shipped by UPS Red Saver service or FedEx Standard Overnight service depending on location.

Priority Overnight - (1 business day transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time. Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 is the following day. May be shipped by UPS Red or FedEx P1 Overnight service depending on location.

International Shipping - We ship all international orders using FedEx International Economy shipping method. Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.

APO/FPO - All APO/FPO orders are shipped using USPS Registered Mail.

Puerto Rico/Canada - All Canada/PR orders are shipped using the FedEx International Economy shipping method. Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.

Saturday Delivery - (Orders placed on Friday, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 12 pm Pacific Time. May be shipped using UPS or FedEx Saturday Delivery shipping method.

 

Delays:

  • The company doesn’t take or ship any order on major holidays.
  • We cannot estimate or guarantee the accurate delivery time for HI, AK, PR and Canada.
  • Order processing might take some time, and it is exclusive of the order transit time.

 

Missing/misplaced items from order:

Make sure that you have received every item of the provided tracking number. Still, if an item is missing from your ordered package, you can contact our shipping support staff or give us a call at our toll-free number.

 

Shipping cut-off time:

If you placed an order before 2 pm Pacific Time, the order would be processed on the same day. However, if your order placement timings are after 2 pm Pacific time, it will be processed on the next business day. In case you want a product on an urgent basis, or you wish to have it delivered on a later date, contact our sales department for special order delivery arrangements.
